Texan carrier based in Houston, USA. This airline's slogan has stayed the same since 1988: "Work hard, fly right". Continental Airlines was founded in 1931 and has grown to be one of the USA's largest airlines. Today it has a fleet of over 343 airplanes and 87 orders are going to join them soon. These numbers don't include the subsidiaries of the company! Destinations number 265 and subsidiaries, code-share partners are excluded from this number as well! It is a gigantic airline, an important carrier in the USA and also in Latin America. It is part of the Star Alliance airlines and also has stakes in other carriers.
