This airline is Turkey's flag carrier. It flies to 5 continents and it is one of the largest airlines in the Middle East.

Turkish Airlines is among the fastest growing carriers in the World. Its number of passengers has grown from 17 million in 2006 to 22,5 million in 2008 and profits doubled from 2,23 billion USD to 4,5 billion USD between during the same period.

It is a highly profitable carrier that has joined the Star Alliance in 2008, thus extending its capabilities through new partnerships.

Turkish Airlines flies primarily to Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, most of Asia (including inner Asia, India, China and Japan, but less to southeast Asia), the USA and Canada, Brazil and South Africa, Nigeria, Senegal, as well as several places in Oceania.
