Barcelona-based low cost airline.
The company is aiming at destinations
in the Mediterranean region and at Europe's big cities. It has hubs at Madrid,
Barcelona and Sevilla.
Despite the fact that it is a low fare
carrier, Vueling also has its own frequent flyer program. It is Spain's biggest
private-owned low cost airline.
One of its rivals was the Iberia-owned
ClickAir, another prestigious Spanish airline. Vueling acquisitioned ClickAir
and has blended it in under its wings, now the only brand used is Vueling.
