The country is famous for its beautiful landscapes and colonial German architecture. Namibia is scarcely visited by travelers and it has few ammenities for tourists. Those of you who don't live close to this wonderful country it will cost you a lot to get there and around. Visiting Namibia is every travel photographer's and globetrotter's dream. Domestic flights Quite a developed network, which comes as a surprise to some potential visitors (knowing that Namibia is a 3rd World country, which is not densely populated and is mostly covered by arid inhospitable terrain).
International flights From Windhoek to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Gaborone, Luanda, Lubango, but also to München and Frankfurt. Forget about direct flights to the American continent. Most possibly you will have to travel through Germany or South Africa in order to get in and out of Namibia by air.

Namibia Commercial Aviation Namibia Commercial Aviation of NCA is a charter carrier that owns a single aging Douglas DC-6B. The carrier operates sightseeing charters.
Various other carriers Air Berlin, Lufthansa from Germany and Kulula and South African Airways from South Africa are the leading foreign airlines operating in Namibia.
